Step 1: Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources"
- Go to your Firestick home screen.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Navigate to My Fire TV and then Developer options.
- Turn On Apps from Unknown Sources and select Turn On to confirm.
Step 2: Install Downloader App
Download the Downloader app, which you’ll use to install the TiviMate app on your Firestick:

- Install the Downloader app.

Step 3: Download and Install TiviMate App
Use the Downloader app to add TiviMate to your library.
- Launch the Downloader app.
- Enter https://tivimate.app/ in the address bar, press GO.
- On the TiviMate website, find and click Download.
- Once downloaded, click Install.
- After installation, click Done, then select Delete to remove the app installer.
Step 4: Retrieve Your IPTV Subscription and Playlist Information
To load your IPTV channels, you’ll need the M3U playlist URL. Rapid TV sends this information to you via email after you’ve made your purchase. Here’s how to retrieve the information:
- Check the email that you received from Rapid TV Store after your purchase.
- Inside the email, you will find your M3U playlist URL, which is crucial for accessing your IPTV channels.
- Copy the M3U Playlist URL for future use in configuring the TiviMate app.
Remember to save this email for any future reference, as it contains essential information for your IPTV service access. If you can’t locate this email, make sure to check your Spam or Promotions folders.
Step 5: Configure TiviMate and Load Channels
With the M3U playlist URL in hand, it’s time to configure TiviMate and load your channels.
- Open the TiviMate app.
- Select Add Playlist.
- Choose Enter URL.
- Paste the M3U playlist URL you copied from your Rapid TV, then click Next.
- TiviMate will automatically populate your available channels. Click Done to finish the setup.
Step 6: Enjoy Your IPTV Experience
